Our cloud infrastructure replicates your VPS to an independent storage system in real-time. This allows the immediate and automatic replacement of a faulty node, using live data.
This is in addition to nightly backups to an independent storage infrastructure.
Although our services are unmanaged as standard (unless you've purchased a management contract), we want to assist if you're ever in need of help.
That's why we offer a management allowance of 15 minutes per month, per GB of RAM, to offer assistance regarding subjects that a traditional unmanaged VPS wouldn't cover - for example, a query about recompiling PHP to include a specific module.
