We hope you'll love our service.

But if you don't, we'll refund your payment within the first 14 days of service, subject to the conditions below.

To submit a refund request please raise a ticket via the support system.

Refund conditions

  • Refund requests must be submitted via ticket to the support system.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the service's start date.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same method as the payment.
  • External services (including, but not limited to: software licenses, domain names) are excluded from any refund.
  • Where a service has been provided free of charge or at a reduced cost (including, but not limited to: domain names) as a promotion, any refund will be less the full non-promotional cost of the service.
  • Dedicated servers are excluded from this policy altogether.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The customer is indebted to ServerForce Ltd or any of its subsidiaries.
  • There has been a breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Usage Policy.
