Packages

Each package can either be added to an internal server rented from ServerForce, or can be added to any server on the Internet.

Details explained

• Software configuration: This includes installing new software and configuring new or existing software to the client's requirements. This time can also be used configuring the base system's operating system.
• Fault find/correct: If any faults arise that were not caused by us, we will diagnose and repair the fault up to the time limit. For faults which were caused by us, we will work on the issue indefinitely until corrected.
• External NAS backup: We will back up your data to an external storage system in accordance with your requirements, up to the limit of your package. Additional backup is available at £1 per Gigabyte.
• Internal server: This is the cost of the management package for servers hosted by ServerForce Ltd.
• External server: This is the cost of the management package for servers hosted externally.
