Management Minutes
ServerForce provides all Virtual Private Server (VPS) and Dedicated Server clients (both new and current) with a monthly allocation of minutes which can be used to request "managed service" support from ServerForce, without having a specific managed service.

Overview
As standard, ServerForce's services are unmanaged unless explicitly stated otherwise which means that clients may only request support for issues arising from hardware failure, networking issues or other issues which only ServerForce can fix. Any issue relating to software, or generally which the client has the access to resolve themselves (for example, installing and configuring software via SSH or Remote Desktop, etc) must be carried out by the client without requesting assistance from ServerForce.
Management Minutes were therefore created to allow clients who are generally able to administer their servers independent of ServerForce, but who may on occasion need further assistance, to get this assistance at no additional cost - up to the limit of their Monthly Management Quota. Further assistance beyond the inclusive Monthly Management Quota may be available for an additional cost, should this be necessary.
